Not to bash smokers out there, but when faced with the facts, why would anyone want to start smoking? It's not good for you, you get addicted to something only detrimental to your health, and no one thinks it looks cool. Despite ads, commercials, and papers that have announced that cigarettes have over 4,000 chemicals that are harmful to your body, a mass majority of people continue to smoke and there are new smokers every day. There are no benefits to smoking.

When adults smoke, they say they do it to relieve stress from their workday. But what they need to know is that everyone gets stressed and there are much better ways to relieve that stress instead of smoking. They can go exercise. It will keep their minds off the stress as well as build up your body whereas smoking only makes your body worse.

What a lot of people are starting to realize is that there are a lot of underage kids that are starting to smoke. Who knows where they get their hands on cigarettes from, but the fact is that they're getting them. They must think that smoking makes them feel superior to others because they are doing something that ordinary kids don't do, but they don't look cool at all. The only thing that they will be known for is having a nasty odor coming from them.

The bottom line is, smoking isn't immorally wrong, it's just not the best choice you can make in life. People have the freedom to continue smoking if they would like to, but for me, it's just a waste of money that could have been well spent on other things.

stop smoking laser treatment

How can i get rid of open pores, blackheads and dark rings under my eyes?

I'm a 25year old male and my face is getting me pretty down at the moment. I've no confidence and I think this is holding me back. I used to smoke 20 cigs a day and drink alcohol every weekend but I've stopped all that and joined the local gym. I shower twice daily. Would using the steam room at the gym help or is there any other ways. I've tried a lot of products from the pharmacy but nothing works because I've sensitive skin and they seem to bring me out in rashes. I've also thought about laser treatment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I get between 6 and 8 hours sleep every night
