I stopped smoking on June 4th(last day), I may have to test by july 9th but it may be August?

I have been drinking water, cranberry juice, hot lemon water, green tea, and detox tea, exercising, taking niacin and fiber (pectin and the mix) since. I am plus size. I have used this terminator stuff before and passed but I am (was) a more heavier user than before. Should I be ok? and before someone says it I know I shouldn't use, I agree the good feeling wasn't worth the worry i have now. I have read so many conflicting stories.. just anyone's opinion would help me right now.

I quit smoking cold turkey...?

and yes I was addicted to nicotine and have not had a cigarette since. My question is: why can't other people quit smoking cold turkey like I did? Why is it so hard for them? I was addicted, I smoked like a chimney, and I stopped cold turkey, it probably helped me quit even more I developed asthma from it, but still why can't others just stop like I did?
I haven't smoked in like a year and a half.

Simply, different people have different levels of will power versus addictions. Kudos that you had the will power to quit outright, but others have weaker wills.

When I had to surrender sugar due to diabetes (it was my primary food staple), I did it outright, and have not faltered in the four years since. A coworker went through the same thing for diabetes, but was back to his candy bar and mountain dew lunches in about a week.

He's also failed at giving up smoking, losing weight, or lowering cholesterol, even after he almost lost a leg 3 months back. Zero will power.

There are other factors as well, but whichever is higher, will power or addiction, that's what will win out.
