Benzo - Clonazepam - Anxiety Med?

Ok I have been experiencing a lot of anxiety and weakness, lack of focus etc. since I had a panic attack last month due to antibiotics I was taking!!.

My GP prescribed me above medicine 0.25 mg twice daily.

I am getting more depression, lack of concentration is worse and Nausea!
I don't want to take this med anymore as I am 22 and think I don't need drugs!

So I stopped, but now I am getting light headed, weakness has returned, anxiety, weird feelings hard to explain. I just don't feel myself.

I am confused now if Med was helping, Making it worse. So I 'v decided not to take it.

When I take it my weakness (lack of energy in my body) gets better I don't know why though.

Any Natural remedies to reduce anxiety and improve weakness without taking these drugs.

I am 22 as well...

Clonazepam (Klonopin) is a weird drug. A few weeks ago I stopped taking it for intense anxiety, because I felt I was just using it as an escape from my anxiety, which prevented me from putting enough mental effort into conquering my problem (anxiety).

It really helps anxiety, but I just felt like I was stoned after I took it. If I took too little of it, I didn't really notice any effects.

The dosage you're taking is really low.

Anyway, if you don't think you need Clonazepam and especially if you think it isn't helping you, then discontinue it.

However, I have found that Clonazepam relieves my weakness. If I take it at night, I don't feel like I usually do in the morning: the feeling of having been hit by a train.

Anyway, I think if you can conquer your anxiety and panic attacks without any medications, then you should. Never take any medication that you don't feel comfortable taking. It always complicates things.

***edit: Like the first person who answered said, Clonazepam can be more effective if you take it at night before you go to bed, and not during the day. You will wake up feeling refreshed because you won't be going through mental turmoil while you are sleeping. You might want to try this.

When did the body feel good? It was humor, is that not?

Next time in any situation if you are the butt of the joke, laugh it out. Do not show any anger or sadness. Ignore the negatives and laugh. You will be doing a great service to yourself. The greatest saint of India says that tongue has no bones so it speaks anything. Please ignore all the speech of others that troubles you and laugh it out.
