Feeling a small marijuana high long time after smoking it for the first time, Normal?

Hey I smoked weed for the first time back on December 4th 2009 and I got super duper high my first time. I smoked from a water bong and took 3 hits from it not knowing how long it takes for it to actually kick in. I was super unhealthy before I smoked. Like I was 16 and I never got any sleep and I stood inside playing video games all day. I felt a hint of dizzyness months after the 3 days I smoked. I still feel it actually, but not as much. I get scared randomly sometimes and the first month I had 3 panic attacks. It seems to lessen as I get more sleep. But does anyone know the reason this happened? Is this just what stoners go through after they stop smoking? Answers are very much appreciated!

It's highly doubtful that the weed caused your problems... One night of smoking has virtually no chance or causing long-term ailments. If this persists, I would see a doctor, but until then I would recommend that you get more sleep if that helps.
